Dorra slimming programs have gained popularity as non-invasive treatments for reducing localized fat deposits and cellulite, offering individuals a non-surgical alternative to traditional liposuction procedures. While these treatments can effectively target specific problem areas, the addition of regular exercise routines may further enhance results by supporting overall weight loss, muscle toning, and metabolic function. However, the optimal exercise prescription to complement Dorra slimming treatments remains unclear. This systematic review seeks to fill this gap by synthesizing existing evidence on the efficacy of exercise in conjunction with Dorra slimming review.

Methods:

A systematic search of electronic databases, including PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, was conducted to identify relevant studies published between January 2000 and December 2022. The search strategy included keywords related to Dorra slimming treatments, exercise, weight loss, body composition, and metabolic outcomes. Studies were eligible for inclusion if they met the following criteria:

  • investigated the effects of exercise in combination with Dorra slimming programs,
  • included human participants aged 18 years and older,
  • assessed outcomes related to weight loss, body composition, or metabolic parameters.
  • were published in English-language peer-reviewed journals. Studies that did not meet these criteria or lacked sufficient methodological quality were excluded from the review.

Results:

The initial database search yielded a total of 150 articles. After screening titles and abstracts for relevance, 30 full-text articles were assessed for eligibility. Following a detailed review, 10 studies met the inclusion criteria and were included in the systematic review. The included studies encompassed a variety of exercise modalities, including aerobic exercise, resistance training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and combination exercises. The duration and frequency of exercise sessions varied across studies, ranging from 2 to 5 sessions per week and 30 to 60 minutes per session.

Overall, the majority of studies reported positive effects of exercise on weight loss, reduction of body fat percentage, improvement in muscle tone, and enhancement of metabolic parameters such as resting metabolic rate and insulin sensitivity. HIIT emerged as a particularly effective exercise modality for maximizing fat burning and metabolic efficiency in conjunction with Dorra slimming treatments.

Conclusion:

This systematic Dorra slimming review provides evidence supporting the effectiveness of exercise routines in optimizing results. Incorporating regular exercise, particularly HIIT, into Dorra slimming regimens can enhance weight loss, improve body composition, and boost metabolic function. The findings underscore the importance of personalized exercise prescriptions tailored to individual needs, preferences, and fitness levels.
